I’m a writer.  That is, I write.  Oh and I even get paid.  Sometimes.

What do I write about?

Funny you should ask…

Actually I write about just about anything and everything.  I have an insatiable curiosity, but I bore easily (let’s not start analyzing THAT too deeply Mr. Freud!)  I just like to see where I end up, what topics I land on in the WWW, and pick something to write about.  It stretches my creativity, to write about something with which I am not overly familiar.  It’s actually an art in itself… to convey meaning clearly and concisely even if it’s a subject I’ve just been exposed to.  This is where top notch research skills come into play.  It’s a frequent part of my job as a writer, to have to whip up something out of nowhere on short notice.

So if I suddenly start writing about completely random stuff, like how to get rid of pigeons, or natural yeast infection remedies, well… now you’ll know why (and yes, those are two subjects on my list to write about soon…)

OK, back to it.  A girl’s gotta pay the bills ya know.

I’ve had so many other things getting in the way of research lately. Work can be a real pain in the ass, that’s for sure. I’d so much rather be writing about some of my latest findings than the bile they have me doing here. Oh well, just have to keep at it, the posts will come soon…

So I’ve been meaning to set up a singular place to collect my research into various random topics for some time.  This looks to be as good a place as any.  Thanks to Chris for hosting me here, I think it will do nicely.
